Online Tracking Guide

Once your order has been shipped out from the dispatch centre, you’ll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking link. You can check your tracking status in My Account.

Want to know where your order is in Australia? Follow these steps:  


1. Log in to My Account.



2. There will be an ORDER HISTORY AND DETAIL tab in your dashboard. This is where you can view your purchase history and the status of the order.



3. Then click on the Details of your order reference.



4. To check for delivery status, click on the tracking number in the Tracking Number column you will automatically be redirected to the Australia Post Tracking Portal.



5. In the Australia Post Tracking Portal, enter the tracking number and submit the tracking number, you will be able to view the tracking status.



6. Parcels may occasionally get separated and may not arrive at the same time. Please refer to the image with blue highlighted by clicking the arrow dropdown to trace the item(s) status.
