Promotion Period: 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026, unless the promotional allocation is reached earlier.
1. Eligibility
Minimum Purchase: $10 Uber Local Delivery is available for eligible orders with a subtotal of $159 or more inclusive of GST, applicable only to in-stock products. A minimum order quantity of 2 items is also required to qualify for this promotion.
Delivery Areas: Available in selected Greater Metro areas of NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, SA, and WA. Some remote, rural, or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible.
Delivery Hours: Uber Delivery is generally available between 08:00 and 14:30 Australia/Brisbane time. Availability may vary depending on Uber driver availability, store readiness, delivery location, traffic, and operational conditions.
2. How to Qualify
To qualify, your cart must only contain products that meet Uber Delivery weight and dimension requirements. Products must be available for immediate dispatch from a qualifying location and delivered to an eligible Uber Delivery address within Australia.
Where your order qualifies, Uber Delivery will appear as a delivery option at checkout. Final eligibility is determined at checkout.
Product Restrictions: This promotion does not apply to bulky, oversized, heavy, or restricted items, including but not limited to large PC cases, large monitors, or other products that do not meet Uber Delivery requirements. Please check the available delivery options at checkout before placing your order.
Bulk Orders & Resellers: This promotion is intended for personal use only. MSY reserves the right to cancel, reject, or exclude orders that are reasonably suspected to be bulk purchases, reseller orders, or misuse of the promotion.
3. Limited Promotional Allocation
This promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to a limited campaign allocation.
Once the campaign allocation is reached, this promotion may end at any time without prior notice, even if the stated promotion period has not yet ended. MSY may not issue a separate notification when the allocation is reached.
After the allocation is reached, related marketing materials, website banners, emails, ads, or promotional references may take a few business days to be updated or removed. The availability of the $10 Uber Local Delivery offer at checkout will be the final confirmation of whether the promotion is still available for your order.
MSY is not responsible for any delay in updating or removing promotional materials after the campaign allocation has been reached.
4. Delivery Timing
The “1–3 Hours” delivery timeframe is an estimated delivery window for eligible Uber Local Delivery orders and is not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to order processing time, store packing time, Uber driver availability, traffic, weather, delivery distance, or other operational factors.
5. Returns
Change of Mind: Items eligible under MSY’s Change of Mind Policy may be returned in accordance with that policy. Return shipping costs are not covered by this promotion.

6. Taxes
All prices listed on the MSY website include GST unless otherwise stated.
7. Delivery Issues & Customer Support

8. Tracking Your Uber Delivery
You can stay updated on your order’s progress through the following steps:
- Order Packed: Once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with your digital invoice and a tracking link.
- Live Updates: Uber may send SMS updates with a live tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
- Secure Delivery: Uber may send you a PIN, which must be provided to the driver upon delivery. The driver may also ask for the last four digits of your mobile number to verify the delivery.
- Missed or Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to buyer-related reasons, the order may be returned to the store. Any return delivery cost may be charged to the buyer and may be equivalent to the original delivery cost.
9. Changes to the Promotion
MSY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice, including where the promotional allocation has been reached, operational requirements change, or Uber Delivery availability changes.
Any updates to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the MSY website. Continued use of the promotion after changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
