Website is user friendly and ability to order and pay is straightforward and easy to use and navigate, however once order has been placed, the Completed Orders tab isn't accurate. My order had been marked as completed, which wasn't the case. I had to log a ticket and then call customer support to understand what was happening. The customer service specialist advised that when the website has marked the order as completed, it actually means it has been packaged and will be out for delivery. The CS specialist then assisted in expedited my order for delivery whivh occured within the hour. If it weren't for this system glitch on the website, I would have given 5 stars.

Fast delivery, at $10.00 it was a no brainer, used it 3 times a week. At $28.00, only use it when I don't have time to get to the store. But ususally very efficient and easy service....
