At MSY Technology, the health, and safety of our staff members and customers are our top priority. Our staff has been working hard on keeping our stores in a safe shopping environment. 

We kindly ask that you abide by government guidelines and in-store safety measures when you visit us. These processes are designed to keep our customers and staff safe. By working this together, we can help protect our community and slow the spread of COVID-19.

 

Announcement for customers in Victoria 

Based on the government's post lockdown restriction and directive, all the stores are open for walks-in with limited capacity (one person per 4 sq metresdistance to keep between customers and our team safe. Click & Collect service is preferable.

All customers visiting our stores will need to check-in by scanning the QR code at the front of the store. Customers who do not have a smartphone will need to sign in manually.

A fitted face mask must be worn in-store as well as outdoor areas and is mandatory according to the Government directive.

To stay safe when visiting our stores:

 

l  It is mandatory to wear a fitted face mask.

l  Use the hand sanitizer at the front of the store

l  Plan ahead so you know what you’re looking for

 

Store cleaning and hygiene 

Our cleaning routines have expanded across our stores, including increased cleaning throughout the day.

Our teams have had additional training on maintaining good hygiene practices. To support this, stores may be operating a little differently than usual.

 

Store capacity management

We are restricting the number of people (staff and customers) 1/4 density (1 person per 4 square meters) allowed in each store at any given time to ensure we maintain Government recommendations on social distancing.

 

Queue management at registers

We ask our customers to observe Government recommendations on social distancing of 1.5 meters between customers whilst waiting in the checkout queues. We have placed guides within store checkout lanes to help you with this.

 

Click & Collect

We have implemented social distancing practices for Click & Collect orders to allow you to sign for your order safely. You can choose to:

 

l Bring your own pen to sign for your order in-store, or

l Use the store pen followed by the supplied hand sanitizer, or

l Have our team member sign on your behalf.

l Valid physical photo ID will still need to be supplied by all customers.

 

Team readiness and support

We have requested any team member feeling unwell remain at home. We also encourage our customers who are feeling unwell to also remain at home. We have our teams prepared to respond to any health and safety issues should they arise.

 

Shopping online

You can continue to shop online at www.msy.com.au using the convenience of our delivery and/or click & collect services.

 

Ways for online order 

l Delivery: Depending on your needs, you can choose from our standard delivery or by express(extra charges may apply) options.

l Contactless click & collect: You can choose to pick up your order from your chosen store, just navigate to "current shop" on the top of the right side.

 

Zero Tolerance to Abuse

MSY Technology accepts zero tolerance for abusive behavior in written, verbal, and face-to-face communication, any such behavior will result in termination of communication and/or removal from a store.

We understand your frustration and concern and all of our team members are working their best during difficult and uncertain times - inflammatory behavior towards them is unnecessary and unaccepted.
