1. Introduction & Eligibility

In these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to New Eagle International Pty Ltd T/A MSY Technology. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• This promotion applies only to eligible GIGABYTE laptops listed below and displayed as eligible on msy.com.au.
• The campaign runs from 24 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, unless the eligible laptop stock or promotional bonus allocation is exhausted earlier, or the campaign is otherwise withdrawn, changed or extended by The Promoter.
• Customers must have a valid Australian delivery or billing address.
• The promotion is available to retail customers unless otherwise approved by The Promoter.
• Eligible products, prices, stock, bundle availability, delivery options and pickup options may change during the campaign period.
• Orders remain subject to payment approval, security checks, stock confirmation and acceptance by The Promoter.

2. How to Claim the Bonus Bundle

1. Select an eligible GIGABYTE laptop from the relevant MSY promotion or product page.
2. Select the displayed promotional bundle using the Add Bundle to Cart option. Do not add only the individual laptop.
3. Confirm that both the eligible GIGABYTE laptop and the promotional bonus bundle appear in the cart before completing checkout.
4. Complete the purchase of both items in the same transaction during the campaign period.

• The promotional bonus bundle is not automatically added to an eligible laptop order.
• The promotional bonus bundle cannot be added retrospectively after checkout.
• Purchasing an eligible laptop by itself does not reserve or guarantee a promotional bonus bundle.
• Removing either the eligible laptop or the promotional bonus bundle from the cart will make the order ineligible for the promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, one promotional bonus bundle is available per eligible laptop purchased, subject to availability.

3. Bundle Availability & Allocation

• This promotion is available only while eligible laptop stock and promotional bonus bundle allocation remain available.
• The eligible laptop and promotional bonus bundle have separate stock allocations. An eligible laptop may remain available after the promotional bonus allocation has been exhausted.
• If the Add Bundle to Cart option is not displayed, the bundle is marked unavailable, or the bundle cannot be added to the cart, the promotional bonus allocation has been exhausted.
• If the promotional bonus allocation has been exhausted, the eligible laptop may still be purchased separately without the bonus.
• No rainchecks, backorders, reservations, substitutions or retrospective bonus claims are available for an exhausted promotional allocation.
• The promotion may end before 31 August 2026 if eligible laptop stock or promotional bonus allocation is exhausted.
• Availability may vary between online orders, delivery locations, pickup locations and MSY stores.

5. Bonus Bundle Conditions

• The promotional bonus bundle is not transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, gift cards or another product.
• No alternative product will be supplied if the advertised promotional bonus bundle is unavailable unless expressly approved by The Promoter.
• The promotional bonus bundle cannot be added to an order after checkout has been completed.
• The promotion cannot be combined with another offer applying to the same bonus product unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual packaging, colour, specifications and bundle contents may vary where permitted by law.

6. Prices

• Product prices are the prices displayed on the applicable MSY product page when the order is placed.
• Prices, discounts, savings and availability may change during the campaign period without prior notice.
• Any RRP, comparison price or reference price displayed is a reference only and may not represent the price at which the product was previously sold.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• If an eligible laptop is cancelled, returned or refunded, the associated promotional bonus bundle and all included components must also be returned.
• If the promotional bonus bundle is not returned, The Promoter may deduct the reasonable value of the retained bonus from the refund, to the extent permitted by law.
• If an eligible laptop is cancelled before dispatch, the associated promotional bonus bundle may also be cancelled.
• The original transaction may still count towards the limited promotional allocation.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, product listing errors, stock issues, technical issues, suspected misuse, fraud or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Promoter.

To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in this promotion.
