HOW TO CLAIM
To be eligible for this offer, each customer must purchase valid Philips Monitors then submit the online claim form.
- Complete the online claim form below.
- Attach a photo/scan/copy of your tax invoice (showing the seller’s ABN number).
- Attach a photo of the barcode label on the back/bottom of each monitor, clearly showing the serial number.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion, customers must purchase a valid Philips Monitor model during the Promotion Period, as outlined below.
2. Eligible Product
- Model: 49B2U5900CH
3. Promotion Period
- Starts: 11 August 2025
- Ends: 30 September 2025
- All claims must be submitted by 14 October 2025.
4. Claim Limits
- Each customer may submit up to three (3) claims.
- Each monitor purchase requires a separate claim submission.
5. Geographic Restrictions
- Only retail purchases made within Australia are eligible.
- Invoices must include:
- An Australian Business Number (ABN) of the seller
- A clearly stated GST amount
6. Claim Submission
- Submit claims online at Philips Monitors AU Promotion Website.
- Claims must include a valid tax invoice or proof of purchase.
- Claims that are incomplete, unclear, forged, manipulated, or tampered with will be deemed invalid and rejected.
7. Gift Card Details
- Eligible claimants will receive a $200 VISA eGift Card for each approved monitor purchase.
- Gift cards will be sent to the email address provided in the claim form within approximately 14 business days of successful claim validation.
- VISA eGift Cards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for other goods or services.
- Use of the VISA eGift Card is subject to the card provider’s terms and conditions.
8. General
- Philips Monitors reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
