Troubleshooting: When only one TWS earbud connects

• Check if the battery level is below 10%. If too low, charge immediately.

• If earbuds fail to auto-pair, both red lights will flash rapidly. Quickly press the power button on both earbuds 5 times simultaneously. When red lights appear, reset is complete.

• Place both earbuds into the charging case, then remove them. They will automatically pair successfully.
