AppleCare+ Customer Information

AppleCare+ provides additional service coverage and technical support for eligible Apple devices. In addition to the standard Apple warranty, AppleCare+ includes accidental damage protection and access to Apple experts for support and troubleshooting.
AppleCare+ benefits are provided in addition to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH)

AppleCare+ includes coverage for accidental damage caused by unexpected and unintentional external events arising from normal use of the device, such as drops or liquid spills.

Service for accidental damage incidents may require payment of a service fee. The applicable service fee depends on the AppleCare+ product and device type.

How to Request Service

If your Apple device requires service, you can:
