From today, MSY open new Express VIP Email Order Counter for Customer who confirm order via email

This Express VIP Email Order Counter is suitable for ANY customer for ANY order but strongly recommed for customers who order more than 4 items' parts or a whole system and you will get service within 5 minutes time if under arrangement.

Procedure for email order as easy as following 4 steps :

1. EMAIL products you want. (notes : ONLY products which list on our price list and if product is going to discontinue, we will tell you alternative product)

(please check below for branch and email address which is convenient for you to pick up)

2. we will CHECK availability or any alternative product which suitable for you and wait for your confirmation.

3. we will ISSUE confirmation number (Confirmed Quotation Number) to you and tell you the best time to pick up goods. (Note : We only hold stock for customer up to 24 hours from agreed pick-up time)

4. customer use this confirmation number to pick up goods & pay via Express VIP Email order counter.

Under manager arrangement, This Express VIP Email order counter also serve following customers :

1. System order customer. (We will arrange the best time for you to pick up)

2. customer who pick up RMA goods. (We will arrange the best time for you to pick up)

However, Our existing "Express 3-4 items or less Lan" or queuing system is another choice for customer without using email ordering.

note : Not all of branches have Express VIP Email ordering Counter or Express 3-4 items Lan but our staff will ask customer at shop who order via email or buy 4 items or less.

note : We accept payments by Cash, EFTpos, Credit Card  with 2% surcharge, For Bank Cheques/Direct Deposit, money orders we need 24-48 working hours to clear the payments
